My experience includes several years of studying the science behind human metabolism and the intricacies of disease management. I’ve spent thousands of hours working alongside individuals in various states of health, including eating disorders, diabetes, autoimmune disease, pregnancy, IBS, malnutrition, cystic fibrosis, and weight management.

In addition to nutrition, I have a passion for fitness and have been working as a group coach and personal trainer for over four years. I believe that, just like diets, there isn’t one form of exercise that is “the best,” and that we should find enjoyment in different forms of movement.

When I’m not knees-deep in research about whole grains and leafy greens, you can find me experimenting with new vegan recipes, chasing the sun at the beach or park, and wandering through the streets of my current home city, San Francisco.
